A perfect evening for a run in the woods. And a large crowd because this was the 4th event in the Run>Dartford series of 5 races swelling number to over 100. It also meant a competitive field likely to be ahead of me! After some photo’s and socialising I did a quick warm up:

Final 2016 Joydens Wood 5k race tonight
The third and final race of the 2016 series at Joydens Wood is tonight and I am hoping to secure the M50 trophy for the first time. I am up against Graham Maynard and according to the point table after two races
